Collaboration with Salopian Brewery We have always been admirers of the beers from Salopian, particularly Kashmir, which they describe as 'an elegant Salopian version of an IPA' and which they openly admit was brewed in admiration of Jaipur! Needless to say, a mashup was the only way to go. There is a plethora of citrus fruit, hints of pine and the lingering dry finish both beers are renowned for.
