Tuoksu raikas, hieman katkeroinen. Suutuntuma kirpeän hapokas. Maussa hedelmäisyyttä ja todella tukeva paletti katkeroita, joista jalostuu reippaan yrttinen ja mausteinen jälkimaku. Kokonaisuus kiinnostava ja erittäin maukas.
