Another fantastic beer from Oskar Blues, the IPA showcases some of Australia's most interesting hops (wait, aren't all hops interesting?) Mango, lemon, grapefruit and a bit of resin hit you on the nose first. Taking a sip, though, you're also met with a nice caramel sweetness and grassy, floral hops. An overall character that's both fruit and floral is accentuated by a dry hop bitterness. The IPA tastes fresh all the way to the bottom of the glass. This one's nice.
