My rating 4.1/5 I had the pleasure of trying Ninkasi last year, this however seems to be a slightly different variation under the name Ninkasi X. It is my birthday today so it made sense to have it now Pours a little hazy with a pretty hectic head to it. To the nose, rather dominant apple notes very slight vinegar aroma It is a tad acidic but again you really do get a lot of apple up front. Definitely reminiscent of champagne Cheers all.
