There is a new Pilsner in town, and it’s CoolHead’s own Czech Pils! Also apple in our brewery personnel’s eye, this fresh, snappy beer is hopped with the local Czechian variety, Saaz. The malt, from the Moravia region, was made using a traditional technique, floor malting. Without saying more, this is a textbook pilsner example and you can taste it!
