6.5% Flavoured Stout / Pastry Stout
An amalgamation of roasted stouty goodness with a layering of crystal malt to provide a toffee goodness. A nice high finish gravity provides mouthfeel density and sweetness backed up by a healthy dosing of dates to give that distinctive sticky toffee pudding goodness. A reserved addition of mixed spice really finishes this beer off as a complex delight for the senses.

The only beer my father in law had in the fridge! Not really a summer beer, but it was a cold, toffee flavoured stout that served well as a beer and dessert. Not overly sweet, pretty well balanced - enjoyable. Judge’s label: That’s a good beer

Sweet and roasty. Hints of spice in reserve. Medium to full mouthfeel. Nice beer.

This is really tasty. Good flavour with the dates and toffee in it, nice dark stout colour, and the flavour does mask the 6.5%. Really good, this.
