Collaboration with Wiper & True. Together we decided on one of our favourite styles, the ESB, but wanted to take a fresh approach. We used a healthy addition of Rye within the malt bill to enhance the fullness and warmth of the body of the beer. We felt this would really work well with a crisp and citrus led hop bite, so decided on Waimea from New Zealand and Amarillo from the US, for an extra punch of orange and grapefruit
