Grapes from the sauvin on the nose , a little passion fruit and mango.... Big smack of the citra and sauvin straight over the palate , leaving it coated with that champange like bittery aftertaste... this may come from the liquid hops that have been added (spectrum) ... contraversial as my mate said and i agree. I dont believe there is any place in craft beer for even cryo hops let alone a concentrated hop liquids. A really pleasant double IPA although it lacks the body i would desire (think verdant/polly's).
