Melkein jopa savuun taittuva sitrus. Hieman yksinuottinen. Kaunis paksu vaahto reilulla CO2. Hyvä olut, vaan ehkei aivan omaan makuun.

Vaahtosi tuopin täydeltä. Kotiolut meininkiä ja laihaa makua. Nyt meni penkin alle..

Relatively cloudy, slightly dirtyish amber beer with powerful carbonation unleashes an off-white frogspawny head that shoots three fingers high. The long retention maintains a relatively thick lacing on the top for much longer. The scent is citrusy: bags of lemon zest and some pith, faint straw, a bit of yeast and wheat flour. The tastebuds receive nice citrusy elements such as lemon pulp, lemon pith, grapefruit, wheat malt but not flour, a pinch of pine needles but definitely no yeast this time. Nice and simple, clean as well. The body is light. The finish follows pretty closely the earlier signposts. The citruses dominate. Soon I'll be at the top and probably choke on a lemondrop; it's really embarrassing but this look is everything. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, marginally crisp, clean and refreshing. It's also effervescent, which level could well be reduced but it's still not uncontrollable. Overall, better than I expected of a 4.8 % brew.

Hyvä tuoksu, mutta vetinen maku.
