8.2% New England DIPA / Hazy Imperial IPA
Let Me Out! is a hazy DIPA with loads of Simcoe, El Dorado, Citra & Strata. This time we used only Strata in the whirlpool. Followed by a big dry hop charge. Simcoe leads the show with over 50% of the total dry hop load. Simcoe is supported by El Dorado Lupomax and Citra. You can expect a huge hoppy aroma. Pineapple candy, mango, big citrus, some refreshing floral notes and some pleasant grassiness.
Hops: Citra, El Dorado, Simcoe, Strata

Hanasta. Jälkiruokaolut. Aikas hyvä makeahko hedelmäinen nedipa. Näyttää ihan appelsiinimehulta. Mausta löytyy kivasti myös sopivasti humalan tuomaa karvautta.

Vau! Huikean täyteläinen, voimakasrunkoinen ja tasapainoinen, prosentit eivät tule läpi ollenkaan ja jälkimaku ei kuivaa suuta. Todella hyvä kesäinen DIPA.

Mehumaisen samea, keltainen olut. Sormenlevyinen, valkoinen vaahto. Makeahkossa tuoksussa kypsää hedelmää. Ensivaikutelma makeahko. Mehevää eksoottista hedelmää. Loppua kohden maku muuttuu intensiivisemmäksi ja lopusta löytyy ylikypsää, vähän ehkä käynyttäkin hedelmäisyyttä. Jälkimaussa ensi kuivahkoa katkeroa, ylikypsä hedelmä maistuu pitkään. Erinomaisen miellyttävä ja voimakkaan makuinen tupla-NEIPA.
