Fresh pints in the sun with my Mum! I helped rack this beer in to casks last Sunday and it was tasting good then. It tastes amazing now! Bitterness is smooth, lasting and noticeably taking a back seat. Juicy with fresh grapefruit spritz and a hint of pine. No pithiness, dankness is evident but nothing significant. It’s very refreshing. 3 pints and time for home 👍
