One of our favourite hops of the last year, HBC 586 join two classics that we love using in our hop-forward beers; Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin for an absolutely incredible aroma of Pineapple cubes, White Wine & Blueberry. All layered on our super soft IPA base, for a super smooth drinking experience whilst dreaming of sun-soaked days ahead.on this delicious IPA.

Quite pale and partly hazy with a thin layer of head left behind. Very hoppy on the nose along with clear presence of pineapple, white grape and gooseberry with a smidgen of lemon zest. Very smooth and fairly thick mouthfeel and a tangy finish. Flavours at this stage are mixed and confused for me compared to on the nose, though pineapple is there in said tangy finish. Slowly Nelson Sauvin introduces it's white grape and gooseberry as per, but maybe this experimental hop hbc 586 is the source of muddiness. It's almost citrusy and stone fruit-like. There's a hint of pine but surely that's the Mosaic. It needs time to breathe, this beer. The Nelson Sauvin is definitely a positive influence, Mosaic isn't weighing in alot and I don't know what to make of hbc 586. I've only had Track brewing once ofnteice before, including a red ale/west coast which was nice but not amazing. I guess this falls into the same bracket. The pro's are the softness, hoppiness and pineapple but it's not actually that fruity. I've had beers before that are more explicitly pineapple, in a fresh fruit manner, this 'Ever present' is a bit more like pineapple flavoured jelly. Perhaps because of Nelson's introduction of white flavours that takes it away from sweet and sharp.

Really nice hazy IPA with a toasty, piney finish. Right up my street.
