For this collaboration beer, we teamed up with the skilled brewers at Ārpus Brewing Co. in Latvia. We shared our thoughts about process and ingredients and went for A high-intensity triple IPA, Brewed with lots of oats ad wheat. Double dry hopped with Citra, Talus and Galaxy hops for intense aromatics and flavors of citrus and ripe, tropical fruits.
