A Flemish brown ale with a rich history at Varvar Brew. Two-thirds of this beer was aged in steel foeders for more than three years. After that, it was mixed with one third of young beer aged for one year in a red wine barrel. It has aromas typical of bretts: soaked apples, dead leaves, hay.
