High expectations for this clown shoes Brew. Nice solid dark brown head, aroma is spicy with nutmeg. Flavor quickly gives a winter time feel. Nutmeg, winter spice, cinnamon. These flavors were brief and followed by an over engulfing charred malt. And not in a good way. No flavor except the char which intensified and turned sharply bitter. Next sip and the following three sips only made the char stronger as the other flavors diminished. Four small sips is all I'm giving it, I'm done. What a disappointment.
