Un chouilla déçu par cette Hoppy. Pas très équilibrée je trouve. Légère sucrosité, qui laisse vite place au côté bien houblonné, pas très subtil, une IPA à l'ancienne, pas forcément réussie.

Très bonne IPA que je ne trouve pas particulièrement « puissamment » houblonnée mais qui est très bonne avec une amertume bien agréable.
