Braggot is a beer and mead hybrid. In this drink you usually find ingredients from both worlds: barley malt and honey. But that is just a clean canvas for experimentation. From that point you can take it any direction you mind says. During the last minutes of the boiling process of this braggot we added some alecost, mint and caraway straight into the kettle. It all connects together into one flowery canvas with a light cooling affect from the mint. Alecost or mint geranium is also known under the name of bible leaf. In a dried shape it has pretty intense scent. That's why people would put it between the pages of the old books to save it from silverfish and book mites. In a glass it appears as light coloured beer like beverage with a light white head. Herbs and honey are present in the aroma and the taste of this brew without too much sweetness.
