As you might derivate from the Dutch word Rabarber, rhubard is added to this Lambic. The fresh Rhubarb is sourced from a local organic farm and rests on the Lambic during 3 to 4 months. The rhubarb is dissolving on the Lambic and all of the rhubarb juice becomes part of the Lambic.

Täysin hiilihapoton, jonkin aikaa tynnyrissä viipynyt hienostuneen hapan olut. Happamuus on yllättävän pehmeä, hyvin vähän raparperinen. Laskettiin paineettomasta tonkasta vain hieman viilennettynä. Hyvää oli.
