A dry-hopped Wild IPA that is juicy, funky and piney. Before bottling, we added hops to a blend of a two year red wine barrel-aged DIPA and a foudre ale. This began a process of biotransformation that brings deep hop flavours to life. The result is a beer with sweet flavours of papaya and pineapple, underpinned by a slightly bitter and dry finish.
