Une DDH WCIPA, acronyme relativement rare (pour moi) du 64 ! La robe jaune trouble, avec une belle mousse Le nez est sévèrement houblonné. En bouche c’est très puissant d’entrée, c’est sec et houblonné. L’amertume est puissante, sèche, et reste bien en bouche. Des saveurs acidulées et de fruits amer. Un régal dans le style.
