Top, middle, bottom. Orange, mango, dank. You like, yeah? Our aim with this DIPA was to keep the body as light as possible and focus on citrus and dank aroma and flavour qualities. It was brewed with 100% base malt for as neutral a backdrop as possible for the hops. We loaded up the whirlpool with Citra and El Dorado and leaned heavily on Strata for the dry hop, with a little pinch of Columbus. Columbus does a really good job of making the fruity hop character pop nicely, whilst also giving some dank pithiness. The Strata comes in waves of orange, and lemon with the whirlpool hops rounding the profile out a little with some ripe lychee and candy character.
