A hot cross bun in a beer. Cinnamon and nutmeg aromas and flavours. Quite sweet tasting as expected. Reasonable novelty beer.

Bottle-500ml. Nice. A little Easter festiveness from Sainsburys (Badger Brewery). Nice beer, with those spicy flavours, that you would associate with a hot cross bun. A good balance, not overpowering. This was the first time drank, and it was in April 2023.

Pours a dark amber with a very thin white head. Very little aroma. Slight hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, but not the whack of flavour I was hoping for. A little watery. It's OK, but not as exciting as I'd hoped.

Taste is a bit like carrot cake I think. Says it has hints of nutmeg and cinnamon so quite sweet
