Our connections with Stone & Wood go back many years as our old brewer and friend, Caolan, is now their Head Brewer. We wanted to work on a fun new beer together and of course include copious amounts of our favourite Australian hops, Galaxy and Vic Secret. This India Pacific Ale packs an aromatic punch of ripe, tropical mango which bellows from the glass and follows swiftly with stone fruit and pineapple across the palate. A touch of U.S Citra hops and a British malt bill make this a real globetrotting collaboration.
