We're unashamed in our love for our favourite hop, Cascade, and have given it centre stage to show off its strong peach and elderflower aromas. We've also chosen Magnum hops as they lend a low subtle bitterness without overshadowing the rest of the beer. We’ve selected traditionally floor-malted maris-otter pale and crystal malts for biscuit and caramel flavours.
