We brewed a traditional English style using Maris Otter as base malt, and a touch of Cristal T50 and DRC and fermented with English ale yeast, to which we have given the house touch with a light Bramling Cross dry-hop. Aromas of blackberry, prune and black currant. Light but at the same time tasty and balanced with just the right bitterness to drink it by the pint.

Arômes de mûre, de pruneau et de cassis. Léger mais en même temps savoureux et équilibré avec juste la bonne amertume
