My first Left Handed Giant brew I believe. I've seen them on socials and I understand they have a good rep. This beer is bright yellow and very hazy, which is always good, and only minimal head retention. Loads of Mosaic on the nose showing off that dank pineapple along with an air of Cashmere coconut, soft peach and tangerine from Citra. It smells luscious and gentle. Pillowy mouthfeel with medium full body, an initial citrus cut, creamy mid and a juicy tang on the finish accompanied by a slight pine note. This is quite complex even though the can indicates Mosaic is the main contributor, roughly the proportional make up of this brew is 50% Mosaic, 35% Citra and 15% Cashmere hops. It's rich and decadent, creamy texture and flavour coming through like tinned pineapple and peach slices in syrup covered in single cream. You couldn't knock this one back really, much like you wouldn't scoff a death by chocolate cake in record time. It's one to sip and enjoy, you'd be forgiven to think this is a DIPA but it clocks in at 6.5% ABV, so on the heavy end of IPA. It reminds me of a rich 6+% Polly's brew, they make this sort of thing and it's great. Although I say it's rich and decedent it won't knock your socks off with flavour and it doesn't linger on the tongue, so really it's not that dank, certainly not resinous. Instead it's soft and balanced between stone fruit and cream with light citrus elements.

Delightful and delicious Hazy IPA. A really good depth of flavour and fine finish.
