Springwell Sessions DDH IPA is a beer that embodies the love for flavour that we all share! Laid back, bright, punchy, big summer, fruity flavours are in abundance, it’s the perfect beer to celebrate us all coming together at Springwell to enjoy all the flavours that everyone is going to be bringing to the festival, whether it be from the breweries, the wine, the food or of course, you the people attending and bringing your jovial spirit! Let’s get down and boogie! We started with a soft and silky base, mashing with heaps of oats and opting for a tiny dash of bittering hops, just to keep us going back for more. Then we have gone all out on the flavour and aroma hops! Setting the base with Yakima Chiefs CRYO POP™ blend and Waimea in the whirlpool, we’ve then dosed it up with 4 separate dry hops during and after fermentation, cramming it full of Vic Secret, Nelson Sauvin and Ekuanot. The result is a smooth and pillowy and hop punch full of limey freshness, sweet white wine, honey melon, gooseberry and an overriding feeling of togetherness!
