Very nice and sweet imperial stout. Well balanced between liquorous, toasted malty, rich mouthfeel, cocoa sweetness and bitterness, with of course a touch of salt. Very subtle but also easily identifiable. I really enjoyed this beer for a dessert thank to interesting pastry touch !
