This Barley Wine was brewed for our ninth birthday and the first to have our new design on, hence the name To the nines. It was conditioned longer in tank and packaging, to achieve the refined flavours our brew team was looking for. Nuanced, sweet taste with hints of raisins, chocolate & nuts. A lingering taste of dried figs, spices and wort bread.
