We will not let the 100th anniversary of "Charbonnage Eisden" pass unnoticed. The collection is joined by a Brutbier. The tender floral hops and soft fruitiness of the Champagne yeast are presented in a noble way in the glass. The delicate pearls push the aromas upwards in the full head.
An aperitif beer to sound with.

Het Eeuwfeest ist ein weiteres Specialbier aus dem Hause Kompel. 9,5% abv zeichnen diese Brut Ale aus.
Optisch ist es wie ein Tripel. Sonnengolden, etwas trüb, wird es von weißem Schaum bedeckt.
Der Duft ist säuerlich aber spritzig und frisch.
Sofort fällt das moussierende und trockene Mundgefühl auf. Die Rezenz ist kräftig. Die Hefe sorgt für helles Steinobst wie Mirabelle. Helles Malz spielt geschnacklich eine geringere Rolle als der Hopfen der dieses Starkbier herbal und ausgewogen bitter abschließt. Den Alkohol spürt man aber nicht im Geschmack. Er wirkt eher wärmend.
Diese Kompel Bier ist sehr zu empfehlen.
