A nice clam pour from the can, leaves a body that is straw yellow and appears to have light haze that creates a golden hue, but against the light, the liquid is semi, almost completely transparent.
No foam or head whatsoever but lots of lovely bubbles up the glass to give lots of character.
Scent is very muted, base of weiss with slight sour citrus funk.
Mouthfeel is sharp and crisp at first, then the light body with lots of carbonation hits, keeping the bite alive.
Taste is muted too, berliner weiss, wheat, grass, citrus hops and lemon juice, all present and correct in equal measures.
Not the best sour but there is a feeling of authenticity about the lemon.
