This was my last beer of the night and talk about saving the best to last. I haven’t had a stout this intense in such a long time. What Pollys have tried to do here is recreate the intensity of an imperial stout in a 6% version and it’s works! Layers upon layers of flavour with stone fruits bringing a degree of sweetness on top of an all round smooth finish. Bravo Pollys! 👏

Sick branding/artwork and a lovely, very slightly chocolatey stout. Slight hints of coffee and orange but not too sweet or heavy with some pleasant roasted malt flavours too. Judge’s label: Would have another
