Based on an “interrupted fermentation” technique. The yeast works on a specifically “0,0 beer” brewed wort for a short period of time (12 hours). Non alcoholic beer, bright and golden. The aroma are reminiscent of the malts, with floral and hoppy notes. Very refreshing and light, with a smooth and long bitter aftertaste.
