Light, crisp, clean, easy-drinking, and lager-like. Brewed in a similar fashion to the authentic method from Cologne, Germany but done the Shackleton Way. Appearance: Brilliant clear gold to light gold appearance. Aroma: Low malt aroma, slight sweet grain character. Very clean and fresh aroma. Flavour: Low to medium bitterness, refreshing but moderate spicy hop presence.
