This is one half of a two can project in which we brewed a base beer using HBC 431 and Mosaic, dry hopped both beers with Cryo-Cascade & Mosaic, but fermented with two very different yeasts. Immovable Object was fermented with Lalbrew Verdant yeast, which together with a lighter filtration gives a softer, full-bodied mouthfeel and promotes heady, hop forward ripe citrus flavours in IPA beers.
