Holiday beer and proud of it. Pours a rich brown with a generous and fine white foam that lasts for the duration of the beer. Aromas of caramel, dark fruits, liquorice and spices carry through into the taste, where the sweetness of the caramel malts and dark fruits are followed by the Christmas spice of liquorice, a touch of coriander and a little woodiness as the beer progresses.

Kuohkea 3 sormen paksuinen vaahto tumman ruskeassa punertavassa kuultavassa, virkistävässä ja suun pintoja peittävässä oluessa. Tummat talven ”vati” hedelmät, karamelli mallasta ja jouluisia mausteita. Korianteria todella niukasti. Hedelmäinen ja mausteinen.

👁 dunkles rotbraun; mittelporiger Schaum 👃🏻 dunkle Malze, fruchtige Süße 👄 Zunächst einmal zeigen sich die dunklen Malze mit ein wenig Röstaromen und Karamell. Dazu passt auch die ausgeprägte Süße recht gut, auch wenn sie einen Hauch drüber ist. Im Verlauf entwickelt sich eine sehr überschaubare Herbe, die malzige (und vermutlich nicht nur malzige) Süße bleibt prägend und wird ergänzt durch kräutrige Noten. Nachtrag: Ob ich dafür zurecht den Triple Sticker erhalten habe? 🤔
