Not east or west?! A new classic IPA not an east coast juice bomb but also not head-splittingly bitter like some of the westies but it is dry-hopped with some of the more resinous hop varieties. maybe we call it a midlands IPA? ;)

Nice pour gave a body of hazy orange with little white head that quickly dissipated. Scent is immediate and strong pine resin but there is some slight citrus and mango notes beneath. Mouthfeel is dull, crisp at first but only light carbonation and light foaminess and finishes a little thin. Taste is a slight mix bitter malts, mango and citrus hops with a dry and bitter finish. Nothing wrong, nothing great.
