Taste the Difference: Ruby Red Ale
4.5% Red Ale / Amber Ale
This ale is brewed using mineral water drawn from the artesian well deep beneath the Shepherd Neame brewery. It is heated and combined with crushed Pale Ale and Crystal malts at the very start of the brewing process. The generous additions of UK Cascade and East Kent Goldings hops produce a bittersweet, fruity flavour to this medium bodied ale. It is a well balanced, clean crisp beer with hints of coloured malt character. Enjoy lightly chilled. Vegan.

Very subtle flavours for a pale ale but does have a nice sweet wheat type sweet aftertaste

Very nice ale. Plenty of flavour but not too rich, and easy to drink 👍

Pours a dark brownish-red with a generous head. Slight metallic aroma. Fresh tasting and malty. Slight nutty aftertaste. Not too heavy. A good session ale.

Was this supposed to be Greek? Who knows. Was nice though, great to wash down some Mediterranean grub.
