Ultra-low-alc Kombucha to accompany a hasty takeaway salad. Enjoyed straight from the bottle. A medley of green apple and hefty lactic acid emanates to the nostrils. The taste is zippy: apple is indeed green! Unpeeled for sure. Green tea is mild in the background but lactic acid is relatively bold also on the tongue. The mouthfeel is zippy, somewhat dry, drying, acidic, juicy and tea-like. Pretty tasty!
