In our search for new flavours to create the perfect drinkeability we present the 2nd edition of the Drifting Daisy (inspired by Belgian beer styles). In cooperation with the Hollands Hophuis we selected 3 different types of (Slovenian) hop for a perfect harmony: Aurora, Bobek and Cardinal. This combination results in a pure, dry Belgian I.P.A. with subtle spicyness. You can also distinguish floral and hoppy tones, a hint of pepper and most of all a delicious freshness!
