Friday! It means the end of the workweek and the beginning of the weekend. Always a pleasure! But before I open the can, I remember the risk: a potential foamy eruption! I go out. Like out of the house. Safe place to crack the can open. Here we go. [Click]. Nothing... Okay, relieved I am. Time to go back in. [•••] The appearance is cloudy, orange. Orange like orange juice. Gives a slightly artificial impression. I forgive it. The carbonation is rather shy as it produces a fluffy, snow-white head with one finger's height. Truly short retention. Then the surface is flat still. Fruit salad in the air. I pick mango, passionfruit, apricot, peach, orange. Tropical. A bit all over the place. But reasonably pleasant though. The palate gives modestly sour fruit juice: bags of fruits with no clear direction. The components include mango, mandarin, orange, apricot, peach, at least. And pink guava. Passionfruit? Just a drop. Wheat malt lies thin and smooth. I almost fail to spot salt but since this is a Gose, I'm putting my extra sense to work and find it. How genuine! The body is thin to light. Not bad. The end lifts passionfruit back to its original key position. Mango is still the leader of the pack. Orange and mandarin can also be detected but the rest of the flavors go hiding. There she gose just a-walkin' down the street, singin' do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do; snappin' the aftertaste and shufflin' her feet, singin' do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do. The mouthfeel is light, juicy and tropical. So far, so good. Faintly drying, as well. Somewhat undetermined. Enjoyable, anyhow.

Kalenterin #1 luukku #13. Kuulemma epäonnen luukku. Yllättävän ponteva runko alkoholittomaksi. Kaikkia luvattuja hedelmiä en kyllä erota, mutta varsin trooppisissa tunnelmissa mennään. Vähän erottuu vehnämallasta, mutta suolaisuutta ei kyllä juurikaan. Taipuu liian makeaksi itselle, mutta ei häävimpi.
