An uneventful pour to beautiful dark amber body with lots of carbonation and a nice finger of white head. Scent is very malty, lots of biscuit, caramel and a only a slight hoppiness. Mouthfeel is a little lighter than expected, carbonation passed quickly. Taste was a little disappointing, it is overly malty and a little sweet. Too much malt without sufficient hops to balance it.
