No joo. Vähän väljahtäneeltä kahvilta maistuu, mutta taustalta pieni amberkin löytyy.

Pitihän tätä maistaa, enkä pettynyt. Maussa kevyttä savuisuutta ja myös sitä luvattua kahvia. Talvipäivän olut.

This beer pours relatively foggy, red-tinted deep rusty. Carbonation doesn't want to show off and leaves a sand-hued head that falls short of one finger. It lives long on the top although substantially squeezed, of course. The scent is, in the first inhales, oppressed. I do find caramel malt and brown bread like multigrain. The hoppy side is extraordinarily shy at this point. Coffee is nowhere to my nose. The taste offers somewhat bolder flavors although not particularly arrogant anyway. Coffee comes nicely, with a pinch of sugar. There's also a modest creamy amendment to it. Must be lactose. Caramel malt is obvious. Other impressions that I get are graham cracker and multigrain bread, escorted by a suggestion of toffee and a nutty note. Quite nice overall. I'm glad that coffee doesn't eventually shy away. The body is light. The finish still gives coffee to my senses and follows the earlier path closely anyway. The aftertaste's like cold coffee in the morning; I'm drunk of last night's whisky and Coke; the aftertaste will make me shiver without warning, and make me laugh as if I'm in on the joke. The mouthfeel is light, soft, smooth and satiating. Works alright.

Kahvilla maustettu lager kuulosti niin eksoottiselta että päätyi ostoskoriin. Lasiin kaatuu vähän likaisen samea, punertavanruskea olut. Niukka vaalea vaahto laskeutuu nopeasti. Tuoksussa hyvin miedosti maltaisuutta, hedelmäisyyttä, aavistus kahviakin. Ensivaikutelma - savumallasta! Sellainen hento savuinen maltaisuus tässä tosiaan nousee ensimmäisenä esiin. Samoin aika kivaa hedelmäisyyttä. Jälkimausta sitten löytyy kunnolla se kylmäuutettu kahvi ja kuivahko humalointi.
