Ahörnla Rotbier In Bambergs weithin bekannter Sandstraße befindet sich das Ahörnla Brauhaus. Zum Abschluss des heutigen Tages wird hier Platz genommen. Das Rotbier vom Fass hat eine schöne dunkelrote Farbe. Geschmacklich sehr malzig, würde hier auf Melanoidinmalz tippen, dunkle Beeren und ein etwas brotiges Aroma bei hervorgehobener Bittere. Dieses Rotbier gefällt mir wirklich gut. Trotz des stark malzigen Geschmacks ist es unglaublich süffig. Sehr zu empfehlen.
