Very pale yellow colour.
Light, dry, very dry, juicy and fresh mouthfeel.
Citrus, flowers, stone fruits and grapefruit.
Aftertaste is dry and grapefruity.
Quite nice session hazy IPA. Very easy to drink. So dry you just want more and more to water your mouth.

A session IPA by one doctor Vivien Sabel hosted by Northern Monk. Not only is she a homebrewer but also a consultant Psychotherapist, an award-winning author, an award-nominated filmmaker, senior lecturer etc.
This is the second of these grassroots platform beers that I've had.
It is very pale but hazy and lemon squash looking, with only a fine foam left up top.
It smells very light and bright like citrus, slight tropical note and candy/bubblegum. A duo brew of Chinook and Mosaic hops kept at a even keel of 4% ABV. I haven't had an actual session brew for a while.
It's nice, bright as it is on the nose but with added flowers. Insert spurious link with women and flowers here, haha. It's thin in the mouth with light body and short finish. It shines brightly if only for a brief moment.
It's quite odd actually how this brew became so floral with Mosaic and Chinook and no Loral hops in sight. It's also not dissimilar to lemon drop hops, almost sweet and akin to Lady Grey tea.
Expect watered down pineapple, lemon peel, elderflower and a hint of misc perfume. This would go down well during summer. I must admit though, I wouldn't session this brew myself. A refreshing break yes, but I'd want summut different and bigger for my next pint, or a more addictive brew if I were to stick to one of an evening.
