Monday, Monday but let's try one neipa from french brewery. Pours cloudy pale yellow beer with rapidly disappearing foam. Scent to tropical fruits (You know these newenglanders), intensely fruity to pineapple, tangerine and oranges. Taste is not as sweet as I expected, hoppy bitterness is clearly there and more to aftertaste. Quite pleasant flavors of dried tropical fruits, fresh pineapple and mango. Even resins linger on my tongue. Quite good actually.
