Kveik-hiivalla pantua NEIPA Viikin pelloilta, eli Coolheadin Kveiking The Fjords, humalina Galaxy, El Dorado, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin ja Idaho7. Sumea, tumman kellertävä olut, tuoksussa mangoa, mandariinia ja taustalla toffeeta. Maku kevyehkön katkera, suutuntuma kuivahko, runko keskitäyteläinen ja pehmeä. Erinomainen ja tuore IPA taas viileepäiltä, kveik-hiiva joskus hoeman tökkii, mutta tässä kokonaisuus pysyy maittavana.

Pizza @ Coolhead taproom. The beer pours fully foggy, deep pale orange. A dense creamy head emerges on the top. Retention is medium. The nose picks hops and citrus peel in moderate quantities. Suppressed. The tongue receives rather soft hoppy components, a bit of grass and much less pine. The fruity elements raise their cool heads up in the air, especially grapefruit pith, dried apricot, a sigh of nectarine and lemon peel. The body is medium. The finish serves citrusy and somewhat piney flavors for quite some time. The mouthfeel is medium-full, soft, smooth, a tad crisp and slightly lip-glueing. It's also light-dry and drying, also a bit piney. Easy and, hence, quaffable
