Evolver IPA 5.8%, Wild Beer, England
45 ratings
3.8
Evolver IPA
5.8% India Pale Ale
The brettanomyces yeast is particularly good at keeping hop flavours fresh for far longer than traditional brewing yeasts. The Evolver takes on a more complex character over time as the yeast and the hops combine to produce a new and exciting beer that will continue to evolve as the yeast slowly matures the beer.

Wild brew don’t disappoint at all. This is essentially partisans cal-atomium but (dare I say it) even. Better. There a nice hazy golden colour with not much head (Brett I presume) it’s got a typical(ish) aroma of an IPA , mangos, stone fruits and hops, however it drier with an unmistakable yeasty flavour with a great finish that just coats the insides of the mouth. Another cracker. I think my next order will be a case wild brew and rodenbach.
