We have been friends with the team at Fierce for years and love working on beer together with them. We wanted to brew the ultimate summer beer and decided a light Mexican lager would be perfect, brewed with flaked maize for that extra crispy edge. We added a generous addition of lime to help it reach a new level of zestiness and then enhanced it even further with a touch of Himalayan sea salt to create a total taste adventure!
