Terrible idea to produce crafted stout. Who would expect cherry juice in his stout? Won't buy again. Luckily it was on sale.

A revisit to a previous taste. However I'm now more into my stouts and have a Teku glass which has helped me get more out of my beers To the eye it's a very dark brown chestnut colour almost opaque On the nose it's chocolate with Berries coming through subtly at the end. To the taste its alot of berries upfront, slightly tart but then leading into a malty sweet chocolate note that it finishes on. Fairly evident it's got lactose in due to the silky smooth mouthfeel. Now being obsessed with stouts and revisiting this one after trying to many more I'd still agree with my previous score of 3.8
